This set of services will look under the hood and reveal the underlying factors that are putting your organizational health at risk, strategize and prioritize, and support through execution of the plan.
Tier 1: Organizational health Audit
The organizational health audit is a three-step process. I will work with a designated “org health champion” (the org leader or a designee) to plan the audit. Within a week of completing steps 1 and 2 → I will meet with the org health champion to discuss the results
Outcome
At the end of the process, you will have one of two things: a clean bill of health, or all the information you need to develop a playbook for improvement.
Step 1
Your employees complete a brief survey to assess your current organizational health.
Step 2
A representative sample of employees from across the organization participate in a 30 minute 1-1 informational interview
Step 3
Your data is analyzed and you are presented with a report of your organizations current strengths and areas of growth with respect to the factors that impact organizational health.
