Is this right for me if I don’t know my next career move yet?
Yes! The cohort helps you explore your next steps, grow your skills, and stay grounded as you figure it out.

What if I am completely content in my current role?
This is a great time to join the cohort. Networking and skill-building is best when there’s no urgency or time-crunch. It’s always a good time to be learning and growing!

What if I can’t make a session?
You’ll get the most out of the experience through active participation, but sometimes conflicts arise. We don’t record the group sessions to ensure confidentiality and build a trusting community, but all materials are accessible in a shared drive for members, and the accountability structure and peer engagement opportunities are asynchronous and low-pressure.

Can I join the Executive Leadership Program later?
Yes! Cohort members get priority access to future coaching spots.
