Can I expense this or use professional development funds?
Often, yes. I’m happy to provide language or documentation to support that.

How much time will it take per month?
What you get out of the experience will be directly proportional to what you put into it. For planning purposes, expect 4–5 hours per month of structured time and about an 1 hour of independent work between sessions.
