Our Founder
Almavina Strategic Partners was founded by Beth Cocuzza in 2023. Beth is a writer, advisor, strategist, and passionate advocate for emerging women leaders in mission-driven organizations. As a former educator and an experienced non-profit leader, Beth brings expertise in learning and development and wisdom about the challenges of organizational change and culture to her work.
